These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to asphalt paving and sealcoating services ("Services"), provided by United Blacktop Inc., located in Suffolk County, New York. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Payment Terms:

  1. Payment Due Upon Completion: Payment for our Services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by United Blacktop Inc. Failure to make payment upon completion may result in additional charges as outlined below.

  2. At United Blacktop we take great pride in delivering high-quality service and ensuring our customers are happy with the results. Your feedback is very important to us, as it helps us maintain and improve our standards.

    Payment Terms for Jobs Over $2,500:
    For projects exceeding $2,500, our payment structure is as follows:

    • First Payment: 1/3 of the total amount is due upfront before the commencement of work.

    • Second Payment: 1/3 of the total amount is due midway through the project.

    • Final Payment: The remaining 1/3 is due upon completion of the work and your approval.

  3. Late Payment Fee: Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment. A late fee of $50 will be charged per week for payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date. This late fee will continue to accrue on a weekly basis until payment is made in full.

General Terms:

  1. Scope of Services: United Blacktop Inc. provides asphalt paving and sealcoating services as described on our website and as agreed upon in writing with the client. Any additional services requested by the client may incur additional charges.

  2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and accessible information regarding the location and condition of the project site. Any delays or complications arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client may affect the completion timeline and incur additional charges.

  3. Warranty and Liability: United Blacktop Inc. warrants that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not warrant against normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided.

  4. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and text, on the United Blacktop Inc. website and related materials are the intellectual property of United Blacktop Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.

Changes to Terms:
