Why Us?
Our Process
Our driveway sealcoating process ensures long-lasting protection and a fresh, clean look. We start by thoroughly cleaning the surface, filling cracks for a smooth finish, and priming oil stains for maximum adhesion. Then, we carefully brush on premium sealer for an even, durable coat. Finally, we rope off the driveway to allow for proper curing. Quality you can see, protection you can trust.

You should sealcoat your driveway every 2 - 3 years. We recommend sealcoating annually if there are cracks on the driveway.
-
Sealcoating protects your driveway from damage caused by UV rays, water, oil spills, and everyday wear and tear. Over time, asphalt dries out, cracks, and becomes more vulnerable to deterioration. Sealcoating adds a protective layer that helps prevent cracking, extends the life of your driveway, and enhances its appearance with a fresh, black finish. Regular sealcoating also saves you money by reducing the need for costly repairs or premature replacement.
-
Yes, we fill cracks before sealcoating to ensure a smooth, long-lasting finish. For smaller hairline cracks & alligator cracks, we use the asphalt sealant to address them. For larger cracks (approximately 3/4” or larger) , we use a professional high performance crack filler.. Proper crack filling helps prevent water from seeping into the asphalt, which can cause further damage, potholes, and costly repairs.
-
Our hot patching service provides a durable and long-lasting solution for repairing potholes, cracks, and damaged asphalt. Using high-quality hot asphalt mix, we ensure a seamless repair that bonds tightly to your existing pavement, preventing further deterioration. This method is far superior to cold patching, offering a stronger, more permanent fix that withstands traffic and harsh weather conditions.
-
Once the driveway has been sealcoated, you can walk on it after 6 hours and return cars to the driveway after 24 hours.
-
The best time to sealcoat your driveway is during warm, dry weather—typically between late spring and early fall. Ideal temperatures are above 50°F with no rain in the forecast for at least 24 hours to allow proper curing. Sealcoating in the right conditions ensures a smooth, long-lasting finish that protects your asphalt from wear and weather damage.
